Unbelievable! I just received a replacement from their CS manager and I'm upgrading my rating as I would give these to every tea drinking friend I have if I could afford it So, just buy it for yourself and point your friends in the right direction. Thank you so much Teabloom for actually caring and fixing <3This pot is just gorgeous but out of the box the handle is warped, wobbly, and in danger of smashing the glass if it fell sideways too hard. I tried to reform it with my fingers but it's pretty bad. I sent a message to the company via the AI chat thingy. I'll update this if I hear from them as other than that it's really quite lovely. The metal of the handle is not terribly thick sheet so looks like a wonky packaging job was all it took. Fingers crossed as I LOVE it otherwise. It's so posh!

Die Teekanne sieht wunderschön aus. Es ist auch super das 1,5 Liter Tee reinpassen, alle anderen Kannen haben wesentlich weniger Fassungsvermögen. Sogar mein Mann war total begeistert. Sie hält den Tee wirklich stundenlang schön heiß. Wunderbar, gerade jetzt in der kalten Jahreszeit. Der Tee schmeckt klasse und ist auch etwas für's Auge und die Seele. Werde ihn mir auf jeden Fall nachkaufen. Die Kanne steht übrigens perfekt auf dem Stöfchen. Wenn es da Probleme gibt, wendet Euch doch bitte an den Hersteller, Ausschuss kann es überall mal geben. Danke für diese super tolle Teekanne.

I love it. It is beautiful and the warmer just adds to it. Even my son noticed it and said it was very, very pretty. It goes great with my tea cups.

Wir haben es für uns persönlich gekauft die Kanne ist wunderschön giesst sich sehr gut aus es ist toll das man die Kanne auf den Herd erhitzen kann auf dem stöfchen bleibt der Tee lange heiz, die Blüten sehen fantastisch aus es war das Heileid auf unserer Weihnachts Tafel

Tea bloom Buckingham Palace teapot was a gift for mine, son and family. The absolutely loved it!!!!!!. Wonderful aesthetics. Beautiful. Thought was this was going to be difficult to use but it wasn't. It was very easy. Now adults and their children can enjoy it every time they make tea or have a tea party. There was only one thing about this item which was the candle, It stank it didn't have a good smell at all...like EWWW. They changed it out with a sweeter smelling candle ....pumpkin spice. Thank you so much. I know I enjoy mine and my son enjoys his. I will be ordering from you again in the near future.Love Ms. M
