Impossible to update this phone
When you buy this phone, one update is possible and when you install it, the android security patch date becomes 1st of November 2016 - YES 2016!. Well I don't want to use such a phone for banking or other sensitive stuff. Then there is a possibility to unloack the bootloader via a developer.zuk.com website. To install an (up to date) 3rd party ROM like LineageOS. But the ZUK website never sends an answer (unlock file) - tried multiple accounts also a chinese mail account at Alib@ba. So bascially you are stuck.. It's a very nice phone but ZERO supported. I sent it back to Amazon for refund.

Short life
The 4gb ram makes the device very fast. Love it. I wanted a small sized phone to fit in my running pouch. Since the security patch is 2016, I use latest Norton antivirus on it.Update 26apr2020The phone gets so hot, cannot carry in the pocket any more
