Lovely flavor
We’ve been making life choices and reducing caffeine and this tea is part of that commitments. Satisfying taste. Easy to brew in a pot or we toss the bag into a cup and set our keurig to hot water setting. Perfect after dinner drink.

Soothing Sleepytime Tea!
I love Sleepytime Tea for those nights when I'm having trouble sleeping. I don't know that it actually helps me get to sleep, but it certainly doesn't hurt! I find the flavor to be very mild and soothing even with no sugar or honey or stevia. I don't like that there isn't a string on the bag to help you get it out of the glass. Supposed to be eco-friendly to not have a string but then if I use a spoon to fish it out and wash the spoon, doesn't that mitigate at least some of the savings from not having a string? I'm not a super economist so can't calculate the difference.
