Will this product also clean and condition (all in one)? I have dye stains on a leather purse I would like to clean and want to know if this will work

I doubt it will take out dye stains.  I am not aware of any leather cleaner that you can buy that would remove a dye stain.  (Not that there might not be one, but if there is, I'm just not aware of it.  The Coach-brand leather cleaner seems to have gotten poor reviews for removing stains.)  If the item you want to "clean" is important to you, I suggest you take it to a dry cleaning service who indicates they have leather cleaning capability.  At the end of they day you may not be able to fully "remove" the stain, due to the nature of leather itself (i.e., porous and organic).  At best you may be able to diminish the stain over time.  The problem with a "cleaner" that would take out a dye stain is that will also take out the color dyes (or natural dyes) that are used to treat the leather.  However, if your item is natural leather, then you stand a good chance of diminishing the appearance of the dye stain by applying a very thin dilution of hydrogen peroxide to the area (i.e., wet a cotton cloth with water, then wet the cloth with the peroxide, then lightly rub the wetted area of the cloth on the stained area of the leather).  (You can get a small bottle of peroxide at your local drug store.)  Afterwards treat the area with a leather cream (e.g., "Buffalo Butter" - see http://www.trask.com/fall-preview/buffalo-butter/03200050.html) to restore the natural finish to the leather.  It may take a week of two for the leather cream to work into the treated area, and may require two or more applications.  (Use a cotton cloth to work the leather cream into the treated area.)  Also, I would advise against using any kind of solvent (e.g., acetone, denatured alcohol, etc.) to try to remove the stain, as solvent does not oxidize the stain, but rather dissolves the natural oils that you want to keep in the leather.  Well, I'm sure this is much more than you wanted to hear, but figured you might benefit from my own experiences in removing stains from leather.

This product does not cause coloring, so should be no problem on natural leather either goat or cow hide. I would try on a small/inside part first anyway.
