These patches are a fantastic size. Ever since Johnson & Johnson stopped making their menthol back plasters, there has been an aching need for these patches. They stick well, do not itch and make the skin surface numb, with some relief to underlying tight muscles. The back lining to the patch is split so you can remove half, place the patch and then peel off the rest of the backing. Easy to apply and set into place. In this iteration, you get 2 packages of three patches. A single box costs over $9 in my supermarket. These patches come off immediately it you get them wet. They come off easily after 8 hours. They are odorless and have no heat or warming properties. FYI. Prescription strength is 5%

These are fantastic pain relieving patches. They work well day or night for arthritis or pulled muscles.
