Damaged and not working
Update got second unit installed unit, and after a week the plastic cracked at the seam same as the first unit... very disappointed because now I've wasted time money on parts and still have to buy a new one (a different maker) and redo the work that should have been done onceProduct looked fine until it was tested1. It has a leak in the plastic housing looks to be a bad seam, as soon as the water is opened it sprays everywhere.2. wouldn't turn on flipped the switch and nothing looked for reset switch but nothing...Waiting on the replacement hopefully the second unit will work

So far it works just fine. It was quite easy to set up. Just make sure you put a check valve in your PVC pipe So far it works just fine. It was quite easy to set . May look like it was used when you open the box, but that’s because that’s where they test it. It will work just fine.

Great pump for the price.
Pump was easy to install and easy to start up. Worked well and no problems thus far.

Amazing!
I bought this to boost water pressure to three large sprinklers that I use to water our outdoor horse arena. The pressure from the single spigot just wasn't enough. The pump builds pressure and maintains it so that all 3 sprinklers are pushing a strong, steady, stream of water. Works better than I could have imagined. I adjusted the pressure setting up slightly, very easy to do.

First impressive was cheap - DOA.
I had to put 1 star because I was unable to even use it because as I was getting it primed and set up it started leaking between the motor and manifold with the inlet and outlet.UPDATED (08/18/19): I upgraded this to 3 stars as I received a new one and it works. I must say there is no way this is 1.6 HP. It works, it was inexpensive, but more expensive pumps that have 3/4 HP motors I think produce more. I will have to take a 5 gallon bucket, fill and time it to see. I will update once I have done that. But for the price if it breaks it isn't back. But I wanted the 1.6 HP for an irrigation system and I can barely run 2 sprinklers on it so I am disappointed.

Well pump blues
I bought this pump in April of last year. The pressure tank went bad, tried to call customer service and was told to email my request. I sent an email but was told they don't have the part. Don't buy this brand, they don't stand behind the product. Checking with Amazon to see if they can get me a refund.
