The aFe Power Air Filter Restore Kit with the 12oz Filter Cleaner and 8oz Squeeze Bottle Filter Oil Blue restores my aFe Pro 5R engine air filters perfectly. We recently bought an extra filter and now I can remove one, use this cleaner and oil and have it just sit to dry out, while I swap filters. Everything works so great and cleans so well. We were very impressed with the kit. I actually received the first package and one bottle had leaked all over. Contacted the company, and they were so amazing to send us another one. I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to their customers. I would definitely recommend them!

Exactly as advertised as I have come to expect from AFE. By far some one of the performance companies in the industry. No evidence of leaking bottles and they seemed to have been very well packaged for transportation.

The kit effectively cleaned and renewed the aFe 24-91040 Pro 5R filter for my 2014 Ram 1500 5.7l. The cleaner smells a lot like Simple Green, and is effective in cleaning the filter media. The application calls for a bead laid along the top of the folds leaving a 1/2” of space un-oiled on both ends. However, in this kit, the cap does not really allow for precise placement, and could be improved by a different cap. I used a different cap in its place which helped. Aside from that one complaint, it works as intended. Don’t over oil! You let the oil sit for 45-1 hour then fill in the spots that need it. I used about an inch out of the bottle, so it does not require a lot of saturation.
