This product is incomplete. Some wires are missing, I’m so disappointed!

First of all the included copy of assembly instructions are almost worthless; however, it is easy to find how-to videos on YouTube which walk you through the steps. It should take about 15-30 minutes to assemble. Second, there are 4x 3mm nuts that were missing in my kit, so be aware of this. Finally, I would recommend getting flat washers to improve the strength of the assembly (especially the plastic motor supports). as they can crack if you tighten them (the washers distribute the stress).
