We have owned these scoops for a short time, but have used all 3 in Christmas dinner preparations. Some of them multiple times. they appear to to real stainless steel and have been through the dish washer at least a couple of times each. So far no sign of rust or malfunction. I really like the heavy gauge metal and the way they made a guide for the bottom to slide trough. a very good design, in my opinion, compared to others I looked at on line and in stores. So far I am very HAPPY with my purchase. To be fair they are a little hard to clean just from the dish washer I found a small amount of food stuck in the hinge area. It was easily cleaned by hand, you just have to do a visual inspection to make sure they are clean when unloading. Not the cheapest on Amazon but, in my opinion, better made and worth the few extra dollars spent for, better quality.

They are great, I am very happy with them. I’ve used two of them so far, they work great. I would recommend them!!!

My wife ordered this set. She had struggled along for years using a kitchen teaspoon, always wishing to have an actual cookie scoop. This set sounded really good, for the money. Our ice cream scoop needed to be replaced, also. She has used it once and has found that it meets her needs beautifully. Each scoop seems to be very well-made and sturdy. The mechanism works smoothly and they are easy to grip. The cookie dough slid out of the scoop easily and quickly. We are very happy with this purchase.

Received my cookie scoops just after Christmas baking was done so didn't have a chance to use them for cookie making this year. I used the ice cream scoop a few times and its nice and sturdy. Works very well. So far, so good.

I have been using a 1/4 cup scoop for some years. I loaned mine to a friend and it has not been returned! I chose this multi sized set for, scooping frozen dessert, cookie dough on baking sheets, the largest size for Muffins and cupcakes, equal portions with little to no mess and dribbles, plating mashed potatoes, stuffing, baked Mac n cheese….endless and so neat and tidy to serve!
