Do Not Buy This
Product, packaging and case are high quality and look professional. If this was a comment on the hardware only it would be a 5* review, unfortunately they are useless without functioning software. The app is poor and connection to the camera fails >90% of the time......... search Google and you will see the comments and chat. I returned the (lovley but useless) device and purchased an alternative that doesn't look or feel as good but works every time and took seconds to set up.

Good Thermal Imaging Camera for Inspection
I like the product and it provides good results for my needs.The application doesn't always "wake up" to the fact that the device is connected and turned on. Other than needing to restart the app a time or two the rest is great. I was able to align the cameras within the app settings. The refresh rate is good for inspection and general use.The images are useful but I haven't been able to find any issues with my insulation in my home. I need to turn on the heated floor system to see if there are any defects, but that'll wait for winter.
