I’ve used electrolytes for many years now but have not used this brand. I do not know whether it’s a coincidence but my training has increased and recovery feels quicker. Good product and will certainly purchase again.

That’s what it says on the packet
When I need electrolytes are always buy this brand it’s my favourite. I like the taste like that is not or horrible texture in the drink plus for everything that says on the packet.
