،في مجملة يحتوي على المواد الغذائية الضرورية للاحتياج اليومي فالبروتين النباتي به والنشويات بالإضافة للفاكهة التي ترغب بإضافتها عليه مثل التوت او العنب او الموز او الزبيب جنباً إلي جنب مع الحليب الطازج لتحصل على وجبة غذائية متوازنة سواء للإفطار او كسناك مغذي بين الوجبات. لأنه مزيج من القمح الكامل والشوفان الطبيعي والحبوب ونسبة السكريات به 1.9 غرام فقط لكل وجبة مكونة من قطعتين فإنه يناسب مرضى السكري على أن يؤكل مرة واحدة باليوم فقط
