Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max Dual SIM with Facetime - 256GB, 4G LTE, Midnight Green

Bought this for my daughters grandparents to give her on Xmas Eve as they wouldn't see her on Christmas morning as they were flying in on Christmas Day. The phone was great right up until she had to update it to iOS 13.3 and then it froze on the apple logo screen all day. Tried a hard reset and nothing. Very upset, but not as much as her getting this amazing gift only to end up not being able to use it. Returned to Amazon who so far have been very quick on the pick up for return...awaiting results. I understand this is more of an Apple thing than an Amazon thing, but wanted to share my experience nonetheless.

The signal/network of phone weak and the keyboard keep frozen and suddenly show you text after few seconds (sometimes)Apple store of UAE refuse to replace the device as long its Hong Kong version

If you are, like i was, slightly apprehensive of purchasing this based on a previous review of saying the phone is locked to South Asia, its not. Its the A220 model which is exactly the same and the global version; only difference is that it has 2 physical sims not 1 physical and 1 e-sim. Which is the best on the market. I paid for an external comprehensive report on the imei number and all is good. Delivered less than 12 hours after i ordered in Dubai. Seller is quick to respond to messages. A+
