Not Specific Enough
This product lightened my hair a bit (my hair is very dark brown), and only because I hadn't realized I needed a specific developer for use, not included with the order.If I had known, maybe it would have worked nicely, but I only had an older developer, likely not the right level, so it hardly worked.Not the products fault, but I found no descriptions that informed me I needed other supplies.
