Very good book, with excellent images and design. It gave me a lot of information when I started growing a few herbs in my garden. I appreciate all the information in it, especially the practical tips and ideas, when and how to harvest, how to dry and store herbs, and of course, how to prepare teas and tinctures. It's a book a highly recommend to anyone, it will always be on my book sheldf and I keel going back to it from now and then.

A super book that I constantly use for reference. Written by a credible author who has researched throughly and created a book that is easy to go through, with plenty of great photos that are well described with lots of additional pertinent information. Includes 'How To' for all herbal methods as well as recipes and their application. A great book for anyone interested in herbology and natural medicine.
