I absolutely love this punching stand. Quality is 8 out of 10. Easy to put together. I was expecting a inflatable bag but this is a semi-hard foam, which took my hands some getting use to. The only reason I can not give this product 5 stars is because of the height adjustment. I am 6 ft. 4 in. tall. When I adjust to the tallest setting, punching sometime separates the stand at the connection. If this were taller, I would give 5 stars.
