I am a disabled veteran, and very familiar with anger. I have to say this is such a powerful stone, that for about a week plus now I have not had any significant anger bursts. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I have purchased other crystals, not because believing much in the "power" of crystals, but because I like stones. I first started with the purchase of one of the Karelian pendants. I noticed a change in my mood, almost immediately. On the second day of wearing this, I took it off during the evening, and never put it back on next day. I just forgot since I got busy. That night I was in such a fowl mood and wondering why was I in such mood. Then it hit me, oh! I forgot to wear my Shungite. Even my son who is skeptical like his dad couldn't believe the wellness he felt. He says he feels more focused, he has not been argumentative. I bought this bracelet as a birthday present for my daughter, and she loves it! She was looking for a bracelet to layer with her other ones, and said this added just the right elements. It's sturdy, comfortable, and it looks nice. She did say that sometimes, when she puts the bracelet on, some of the black part rubs off onto her skin. However, she can simply rub it off, so it really isn't a big deal. Overall this bracelet was the perfect gift!
