belt broke after 2 months
The tumbler works well, but the belt broke, and it has been impossible to get a replacement. and apparently the item is not returnable. Though customer service is available for this item, we were told to contact the seller to get a replacement. The seller is in China, and there is no contact number with the tumbler instructions. Sorry to say, do not waste your money on this product.

Not worth it (I hate to say this)
This was the second rock tumbler ive ever purchased and im so confused how it could be this bad. Our first tumbler was a cheap, single barrel set up that has adjustable speeds and a timer. Got it a few years ago and its still working and still original belt for the drive. This one i got because I wanted to be able to process a little larger sized rocks plus larger volume. I saw this 6lb tumbler with the ad calling it the professional series and I thought "more money means more better" and "professional series means more better" I wish I could pawn this off as a decision I made while high as a kite, but alas I've been sober for years. First strike was I had just gotten it out of the box, plugged it in and it wouldnt turn the empty barrels, but the motor ran. After taking it apart I found that the belt had came off the pully, so I put the belt back on and immediately noticed how thin and cheap the belt was, also found the replacement belts it came with were the exact same. The belt that came attached was loose and I had to figure out how to adjust the tension to make it work. Next issue i come across is the warnings in the manual about never running all night and that it overheats easily and shouldnt be placed near or on flammable material. My wooden desk that held our previous one in the same place for years and near constant running never had an issues. So I set this up on concrete blocks to aid in airflow to keep it cool and not let heat build up which gets to strike 3 which is this is the loudest tumbler ive ever heard. I can not run it at all because we live in apartments and its so loud our neighbors hear it loud and clear, not to mention I cant run this and watch TV at the same time because if I tried to get the TV loud enough to hear over the tumbler, I wouldnt survive the hour. Im bugged because for $80 without a timer or adjustable speed, I would expect this to be quieter than putting a blacksmith iron in a washing machine during spin cycle.

save your money!
My wife ordered this unit for Christmas for me and the grand kids and we just got around to getting it going about three weeks ago. If I could give it no stars I would. It got through less than 2 1/2 steps of the four step polishing process before it decided to take a dump. That's 16 days of use at 50% loading. what passes as the cog drive belt apparently stretched enough to allow it to slip taking the cogs off the belt and the small drive cogs on the drive motor. To top it it off the thing is noisy when operating with a range of screeches, sequels and squeaks so that when it's running it got banished to a remote area in the shop. To sum it up, to be blunt, it is a flimsy piece of junk. I know you get what you pay for but it couldn't even get through one set of rocks at 50% loading ( 1.5 lbs. per drum) . Even if it came with spare belts I can see other problem areas that would pop up sooner than latter. UPDATE! Not wanting to declare defeat on this deal I went down to the local rock shop and they gave me an elastic round in cross-section rubber drive belt to try. I was concerned with it tracking right on the cog sheaves but it did and boy, what a difference it made! This thing runs twice as smooth and twice as quiet as it ever did when "new". Apparently the elastic belt allows absorption of shock loads, there is no cog notch for it to try and ride up out of and just plain smooths things out. The elastic quality allows it to always keep some tension on the drive system too. So, if you have one of these units as a door stop and the motor still runs, find you one of these belts ( I think I found some on Amazon) and you'll be back in business! Make no mistake this is still not a premium unit and only time will tell if this fix is a durable one but it beats the alternative as a doorstop.

Wasn’t working
So on arrival, I unpacked it and it looked beautiful, but as soon as I plugged it into the wall. I can hear the motor working, but none of the rods had movements. so I had to unscrew the screws to look at the motor i noticed belt wasn’t connected to the motor or to the Rods. The belt is loose. It’s working so far. I am upset the I spent $109.00 just on the Tumblr And had to open it the first 10 minutes I got it. I would expect something like that if I bought it at a garage sale. I don’t want to return it because my business is already two weeks behind, so I’m hoping that it won’t fail.

Great value! Easy to use!
I got this for my kids and they love it! So easy to use! You will need to order some ‘grit’ as this tumbler doesn’t come with any. We ordered a grit bulk pack for around $25. I was surprised as it is Very quiet!

Arrived not working
Unfortunately I have not had a good experience. It arrived not working as the belt had fallen off. I managed to get it back on but it keep overheating even with only half the maximum weight allowed on it. The belt keeps jamming and melting due to the heat. 3 weeks in to use and I need to replace the belt. I'm not very impressed and I imported this and can't exactly send it back just to be fixed as it will take months and months.

Not the best choice
Bought to do smaller stones, and while this has been working ok, there are a couple of things that are worth mentioning that would probably make me go with a different brand now that I know. The first thing I noticed was that the instructions are horribly written and full of spelling errors and poor word choices. The tumbler cup caps are not at all easy to put on and take off. I do not think they are going to last very long. You have to wedge them into the opening of the cup and then tighten them down. To remove you must unscrew the know from the top, remove the top cover, re-install the knob, and then pry the top out of the cup. Not very easy. Also, maintaining the motor is not going to be easy as it is completely encased making it impossible to lubricate without removing 4 screws that hold the cover on. Not a good design.

Amazing customer service
Product arrived with a slight issue and the supplier went above and beyond to exceed expectations and I was very happy with the outcome. Would deal with them again anytime.

Very Disappointed. Stopped Working Right After the Return Period
I purchased the Leegol Electric Pro Double Barrel Rock Tumbler and was initially happy with it. Unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after the return period ended. I tried to contact the company for support, replacement parts, or even some troubleshooting help, but I have been unable to reach anyone. For a machine that is supposed to run continuously for weeks at a time, I expected it to last much longer. Now I’m left with a very expensive rock holder. Disappointing product and even more disappointing customer support. I would not recommend purchasing this tumbler

Love it!!!
One of my favourite things I've ever got for myself, it's heavy duty, holds twice the amount of the first one I ordered, I'm just in love with it!!!

Good luck finding correct belts for a reasonable price
The belts are the main issue for me; the unit only came with one belt which lasted long enough to tumble one set of rocks to the polish stage, the Leegol page only sells belts for the blue model (and those don't fit, I ordered them and tried). The machine also overheats, the balancing arms to keep the barrels in place ground away quite quickly and left a mess in and around the rest of the machine. The noise was reasonable (it's a rock tumbler), it looks nice, the dual barrels are great, the instructions were a little muddled but easy enough to follow, I apprieciated the lids on the barrels but they are difficult for small or weaker hands to remove, and the price at the time seemed good enough. But without a reasonably priced belt around, I wouldn't recommend. And I tried O-rings, elastics, and adjusting the mount, but to no avail. I could order 3 rings that might fit (as there is no specific part number or details) from a company in the US for $35 + $20 in shipping. But that seems a bit much for a small, wear out and replace, little ol belt.

Best price compared to similar tumblers
Lids on barrels are very difficult to remove and replace. Carefully using a pry tool will help. Advantage is they will never leak.Double barrel is a must for stage 1 to ensure there are enough rocks left to go to the next stages. I bought 2 to run multiple stages. Motors run flawlessly with very little heat. At 29 watts per tumbler power consumption is minimal. Bought replacement notched drive belts in anticipation of wear but after months of use haven't needed to replace. Would highly recommend the Leegol Electric Pro double barrel 6 lb tumbler [the red one] as a good one if your new to the rock tumbling hobby. Very pleased.
