This Le Petit Olivier cleansing micellar water removes my makeup from the day really well. It's non irritating, and it's gentle. It's easy to apply, and it also has olvie extract in it. It doesn't dry or strip my skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I really like that I don't have to rinse this skincare product off of my skin. It helps, especially if I'm too tired at night, and I just want to get my makeup off quickly.

This micellar water has a pleasant scent and effectively removes makeup. I apply a small amount to a cotton pad, and it efficiently cleanses my face at the end of the day. I’ve experienced no adverse reactions after use, and it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean. It effectively removes makeup without causing any dryness or irritation. As someone with oily skin, I’m particularly pleased with how well it works for me, but I believe it would be suitable for all skin types. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with its performance.

Personally, I’ve found this to be superior to other micellar waters I’ve tried. Although it’s not perfect at removing waterproof mascara, I wouldn’t necessarily expect it to be and have always used a dedicated eye makeup remover for that. Relative to other micellar waters, this one removes foundation, blush and other face makeup well.What I really like about it is that it’s noticeably more moisturizing than other micellar waters, which have commonly left my skin feeling dry after use. The olive extract in this micellar water goes a long way - it’s not oily or greasy whatsoever, but it’s more nourishing and not drying.Personally, I find this to be effective and like how it makes my skin feel.

I don't know what was wrong with the last (name brand) micellar water I used but after using this one, it is going in the trash. Unlike my last micellar water where I had to wipe and scrub and still had lackluster results, this removes makeup like a breeze. Just swish and it's gone. it also smells really good! I generally am not a fan of scented beauty products, but this isn't perfumey at all and smells almost fruity. I applied moisturizer afterward and it felt fine, no oily or dry feeling from residue. Usually I rinse afterward but forgot this one time and it was actually fine. I'm so happy with this micellar water and good thing because you get a lot! My last bottle was teeny tiny in comparison, I don't wear makeup every day so this should last a good long time. It's a keeper.

As far as Micellar Water goes - this one is fantastic. I don't normally love scented face products but this one smells nice and seems gentle on my skin. I love using it after dermaplaning my face or for a mid-day refresh.I do want to address what I saw in a few other reviews. This is a micellar water - it's not specifically a makeup remover. If you're wearing thick makeup or waterproof makeup - this is not the product for makeup removal for you. You'll need something stronger. But for my light daily makeup (cc cream and a natural mascara) it removes it well.

I was hoping to use this as replacement to my Vichy Toner/cleanser, especially since I like olive extract based products, but unfortunately it will not suffice.I used it on my skin after a full day and night in grimy conditions, but it barely showed any dirt on the cotton ball used (a later cleaning with another product resulted in much heavier removal and a dirtier cotton ball).I did not find the scent strong or displeasing as many mentioned - nor did it leave a “film” or layer - it simply didn’t do much.2 STARS, rather disappointing for a French Made product.-> (*RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if I’d buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldn’t be sold or is dangerous).

I got this for a face cleaner. As you get older as a man, you start thinking about taking care of your face, especially when you have to shave your beard, and using beard products on your face. Some of these beard products can be a little thick, and need to be cleaned off daily. I have to give it to the company because this is pretty light and doesn't feel like you need to scrub it off. The smell isn't too bad, but when I first got the bottle, I was a little worried as the instructions were in French, but then I remembered it was a French product. LOL Over all, this is a good product, even for men.
