I was wary of buying this as one review said that the pack was missing. I wanted to save money though since I needed both the cover and heat pack. When it came in it came in I was disappointed at first because it was just the cover. I opened it up anyway figuring I would buy the pack separately and contact the customer service to see about getting a bit of a refund.Low and behold the heat pack was tucked into to the cover! Most likely they ship it that way to save on packaging. They should put a sticker on the outside saying the heat pack is tucked into the cover. Also, it's easier to do the heat on the stove than microwave. You have to make sure to put heat up slowly so the pack doesn't burn on the bottom of the pot. It's not convenient but it works so much better than gel packs or heating pad to get deep tissue.

Very comfortable and nice heat settings.

I only received the cover set and not the relief pak. I made two purchases to end up only with the cover. The description indicates that it’s the relief pak along with the covers. This ridiculous. Somebody needs to fix this.
