LiquaCel Global Health Products Liquid Protein 32 Ounces Grape

LiquaCel is a fine product, and Amazon tells me I have ordered it 11 times from this company. The last time I did it was a mess. I opened one bottle and although I ordered grape the liquid that was in the bottle was not grape at all, I have no idea what "flavor" it was. The taste was weird and the color was all wrong. I had ordered 2 bottles so I went to open the second container and it was disgusting. The protective closure was partially open and there was yellow crud all around the top of the bottle. I'm writing this because I couldn't return the damaged bottle. I wasn't going to try to return the one I opened but thought I surely could return the defective bottle. This stuff is expensive and to throw $70.00 down the drain for something I didn't do has left me angry and looking elsewhere to spend my money. I have enclosed 2 pix of the grotesque bottle top.

Upon receiving my order, I noticed a significant discrepancy in both the color and taste compared to the flavors I had purchased. The liquid appears to be a different color than advertised, and unfortunately, the taste doesn't align with the flavors I selected. As a customer, this inconsistency has left me disappointed. I had high expectations based on the advertised flavors, and the actual product doesn’t seem to match what I anticipated. What happened here? I feel like we were sold off brand and we can not get a refund, like another customer said 70 bucks down the drain.

I bought this to supplement my diet. I have to have 30ml everyday, I'm sorry to report that I couldn't get it down. The texture alone was so thick it made me gag trying to swallow it. I tried diluting it with water but the aftertaste was too strong. I have tried other brands of liquid protein that I like a lot better.

Have ordered this many times before for my 81 yr old mother who is on dialysis and it’s always been just as advertised. But this time the flavor is definitely not grape even though it’s in the grape packaging. She is not sure what flavor it is. Very sad. This is expensive and should be the flavor advertised. Should get a free replacement.

I’ve ordered the grape 18 times from Global Health Products. I take liquacel every day. This time the color was yellow instead of purple, it didn’t taste grape and it made me nauseous.
