IF YOU'RE STILL DEBATING ON WHICH TREADMILL TO BUY, STOP NOW AND BUY THIS ONE! I spent like 3+ hours looking at treadmills to buy online, and I finally settled on this one due to its mph range (you can jog!), the reviews, the price, and its ability to fold. I am so glad I purchased this treadmill--it's perfect! It's very quiet, it's wide enough and long enough for me (I am 5'3" and I have come nowhere close to accidentally stepping off the sides or the back), and it's easy to move around--I store it under my little couch! Also, by the way, my treadmill came with a piece of paper that had the company's email on it and it stated that I could get a 6-month warranty if I emailed that email address!The customer service for this product is A M A Z I N G. Upon opening my treadmill and using it for the first time, I saw that one of the tiny lights that made up the numbers wasn't working. I emailed the company pictures hoping for a quick and easy fix, and they sent me an entire screen replacement piece!Unfortunately. it was the wrong replacement piece (the outlet and cords did not match--the outlet had 4 prongs and the cord had 5 prongs). Upon emailing the company again and showing them photos of the problem, they decided to send me an entire second treadmill!!! I asked if I had to send the replacement piece or the first treadmill back, and they said no! I was in shock! I am a broke graduate student who has 5 jobs to make ends meet, and this act of kindness and wonderful example of fantastic customer service has been absolutely unparalleled--what a pleasant surprise!!

I was initially super frustrated because it seems that the listing specs were changed between when I placed my order and when my treadmill arrived. It was listed to go a couple mph faster than it actually does. I contacted customer service and they said the one I thought I was getting was discontinued so they sent a different one. Ugh. They did offer a partial refund since I didn't get what was advertised, so that was appreciated.We've been using it for a couple months now and it works just fine. No bells and whistles, just a simple pad to walk on. It would be nice if you didn't actually have to unscrew the handle with the included tool(don't lose it, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to store it on the unit) to fold it. Some sort of a pin to push or pull would be a far better design.It's also quite compact. My teens love it, I'm a few inches taller than them and it's almost too short for me. I have to be mindful of my stride or I find myself stepping on the front piece or going off the back. I'd say anyone under 5'6" would be just fine.Overall, for the price, we are pleased with the product. It's nice to be able to walk indoors in inclement weather. I definitely wish that I had received the one with the higher MPH, but it is what it is.

This is a great little treadmill. I spent a lot of time looking at options and this was the best-priced, well-reviewed treadmill that had what I was looking for. I’m 5’6” and found the length and width of the belt to be totally comfortable. Even though I was worried it might not be wide enough, it was. It is easy to set up (just take it out of the box and plug in), and easy to use. It's comfortable to walk on, and the motor is not loud. The safety clip is a nice feature, as is the stand for a phone, tablet, or small book. The wheels made it easy to move, but know that it still takes some strength to move it around. For me I need both hands to get it out from under the bed, and you may need a second person to get it out of the box. I haven’t used it enough yet to comment on the upkeep but it seems straight forward. Some advice: if you are new to using treadmills, get the model with the handle bar or plan to put the treadmill near something you can reach to steady yourself while you get used to walking on it. I was surprised to find it a little disorienting at first and was very grateful I had the handle bar.

This walking pad works great! It did take a little getting used to the more narrow walking pad as opposed to my older, larger treadmill. After 6 months, I did have an issue with my remote not working despite installing new batteries. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new remote at no charge that works perfectly. Plus they added 6 months on to my warranty period! Great customer service!!
