A Tasty Twist on a Classic
I recently tried Newman's Own Organic Cookie O Chocolate Vanilla Creme, and I must say, they are a delightful treat that brings a familiar taste reminiscent of Oreos. The first thing that caught my attention was the look of the cookies, with their chocolate exterior and a creamy vanilla creme center. They looked inviting, and I couldn't wait to take my first bite.In terms of taste, these Cookie O Chocolate Vanilla Creme cookies do not disappoint. They have a crunchy texture with a satisfying chocolatey flavor that is akin to Oreos. The creamy vanilla creme filling adds a luscious and sweet contrast that elevates the overall taste experience. As someone who values organic ingredients, I appreciate that Newman's Own uses organic and wholesome ingredients in their cookies. It's a great option for those seeking a better-for-you alternative to traditional cookies. The 13-ounce package is generous, providing plenty of cookies for indulgence or sharing with family and friends. One of the best things about Newman's Own Organic Cookie O Chocolate Vanilla Creme is that they offer a tasty twist on a classic favorite. The combination of chocolate and vanilla creme brings back nostalgic memories of enjoying Oreos.I appreciate that Newman's Own puts an emphasis on using organic and responsibly sourced ingredients, making these cookies a conscious choice for consumers. One thing to note is that, while these cookies have a similar taste profile to Oreos, they have their unique twist that sets them apart. In conclusion, Newman's cookies are a tasty and satisfying treat that I highly recommend. Better than Oreos
Oreos make me feel physically sick. I don’t know why or what additives they use but no other snacks do this to me. Newman Os are what you remember Oreos taste like. But they actually taste that great. I think mint is their best flavor. And I can eat more than 2 without feeling ill for the rest of the night 🙌

I've said it before and I'll say it again:
Paul Newman, star of screen etc., presents us all with cookies made with organic ingredients we are hard pressed to live without: I crave 'em even after I eat them, and MOST important, Paul gives his Newman-O's away to kids.Paul Newman delighted us all on the screen -- now he delights our tastebuds every day. What a treat. Thanks, Amazon! You did it again!

Love these
My son can't have folic acid and it's so hard to find any baked goods without any added. These cookies are just how they should be without all the unnecessary junk the other brands include. We'll keep buying them for special occasions.

Don't kid yourself, they are NOT truly organic
The cookies I have seem to be a variation of the ingredient list shown here on Amazon as well as the one mentioned in another review here. Mine has expeller pressed palm kernel oil and sunflower oil (no canola, thank goodness as that stuff - unless specified as organic - can be genetically engineered). Mine also has Peppermint Oil. If they would just ditch the non-organic soy, I'd be liking this. These taste great! I stopped buying Girl Scout cookies when I eliminated foods crammed with gmo ingredients from my daily eating habits. I missed them, but not enough to buy them. When I saw the minty Newman O's, I tried them and LOVED them! They tasted like Girl Scout cookies only better (no slick residue on my tongue from that weird fake chocolate coating those had). I would actually eat them more often except for the fact that they contain soy, and it is NOT specified as Organic Soy, thus I can only assume it's genetically engineered soy, which is not an ingredient I'm comfortable consuming regularly.I'm very disappointed that Newman's has chosen to use that ingredient. It almost seems as if they're exploiting their own organic reputation in selling these cookies. While the recipe indicates a number of organic ingredients, they lack organic - or even Project Non-GMO certification - and thus are just regular cookies with mostly better ingredients than average. It's the sort of weasel-y tactic I'd expect from one of the mainstream "big food" brands. I truly don't get why they are not making the effort to either source non-gmo soy or find another ingredient to use in its place. That's the #1 reason I'll ultimately figure out my own recipe and will no longer buy these. If they were 100% non-gmo I'd be lazy and just keep buying the pre-packaged cookies. My fingers are crossed they'll move in that direction. If they used to use canola oil but now no longer do, perhaps they will get rid of that soy as well.
