Love this spray. I can not absorb magnesium tablets so this is a life saver. I spray on the soles of my feet and put socks on before bed. It does dry your skin but I just put extra cream on. I sometimes also use in the morning. No more muscle cramps and it does aid in my sleep.

Maybe it’s just a placebo but it does help me fall asleep easier and sleep more restful. I spray four or five times on my wrists and gently rub them together a few times. I do this about an hour before bedtime. It might itch for a little bit but I’m able to ignore it; nothing too bad. I also like the light lavender scent. I’d recommend giving it a try.

I have used a few other products from this brand and loved them but this caused immediate painful stinging on my legs. Had to wash off. I have sensitive skin so I’m not surprised but frustrated to see this item isn’t eligible for return. $16 in the trash. Buyer beware I guess.

Perfect topical spray - especially for those people who cannot take magnesium internally, but need the muscle relief that magnesium supplies. Just an F.Y.I. using this product before going to the airport/TSA check the magnesium may be picked up as a "metal" and the agents will need to know you used a magnesium spray to prevent your legs, arms, etc. from cramping while on a flight. Easy to use, easy to rinse off, doesn't stain clothing and provides nearly instant relief if you have muscle soreness, cramping or discomfort.

It has greatly helped my legs at night and I am able to go to sleep.

I use this spray daily on my back after back surgery. It does take a bit of the edge off. Its not as effective as an ibuprofen or tylenol...but I'd consider it a layer of pain relief. It can sting right out of the shower. Its tolerable though. It is a bit greasy so be careful around clothing or the floor if the mist gets on it as you could slip.

فوق الممتاز ، حامل و اعاني من تشنج و آلام خفيفة لكن مزعجة جداً في الساق خصوصاً وقت النوم استخدمته الى الان ثلاث مرات ادهن في سيقاني مع مساج لمدة دقيقتين و اهم شي قبل النوم بنص ساعة عشان ياخذ مفعوله و الحمدلله صرت انام نوم متواصل بدون ما اقوم من الالم 👍🏻
