Works exactly like the oem HDD ultrabay adapter
Great HDD adapter for your ultrabay-equipped Thinkpad. I dropped a 1TB SSD in it, ran CrystalDiskMark and got 500+ MB/sec sequential reads and writes, so it is definitely using the full SATA 3 (6Gbps) bus. Works great, definitely recommend.
