Best brace for me!
Love this brace! I've had lateral releases on both knees that have failed, and now cause my knee caps to slide and it's super painful. I have a brace for both knees, and it's the only brace that keeps my knee caps in place. I also have a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-danlos syndrome which is part of the reason why I've had the lateral releases and patella femoral disorder.

Stabilizes knee but stiff, uncomfortable
While it’s stabilized my knee, it is too stiff and uncomfortable to wear for long. Rather than minimizing pain, it seems to shift the pain to other locations. I have mostly stopped using it. Instead, I use adhesive kinesiology strips wrapped in overlapping up and down U-shaped wraps around knee cap.

Helped me after meniscus tear!
It's a good brace. The petals stabilizer is a phenomenal feature. I tore my meniscus bouncing and wore this brace and it worked like a charm.

Be very sure to get the correct size. Remember it has to stay up in place to protect your patella.
The very best brace I have found to date! I now own three of them so I can rotate them. I wear it in the pool AND the shower due to my unstable patella.

Not disappointed
My brace was great a lot cheaper then what the doctors office charged me for one. Trust me you will want more then one because you will need to wash these at least once or twice a week.
