Terrific equipment for workouts
My Physical therapy requires jabs upper cuts, etc but having a punching bag is not possible in our small home. My wife is able to help me with my therapy using the punching mitts. She likes them too because we both get a good workout doing my routine. This set of gloves and mitts is perfect for helping me build strength and balance.
