Tonus Elast Suspensory Scrotal Support - XXL

This is absolutely outstanding and extremely comfortable. I just had an inguinal hernia repair 2 days ago and they gave me a jockstrap to wear for 2 weeks at all times except for the obvious ones (shower, going to bathroom). The jockstrap was so uncomfortable, chaffing me between the legs and also squeezing my abdomen across part of the area which was just operated on. It was very painful to wear. I found this alternative last night, just got it and its PERFECT. Nothing between the legs and cradles the testes perfectly. The goal of the jockstrap was to keep the testes lifted during healing. This things does exactly that but better. It even has a port on the top to allow you to pee without taking it off. Very nice job whoever designed it. I barely know I'm wearing it. Thank you so much, now I can make it through the next 3 weeks in comfort.

I gave this product 4 stars because there's not much material to it, so it does seem excessively priced. Wearing it under my underwear, I can now sit and walk around without experiencing pain. The belts only worked until my hernia moved down and turned into a scrotal hernia. I read the Sizes in the description, went with the Softball size and it seems to be accurate. I recommend this to any man with a scrotal hernia.

I cannot say enough great things about this. I think the negative reviews about discomfort depend on where the incision site may be. The pouch is thin fabric that supports with very light compression. The elastic “cups” your goodie bag to keep it in place. If your incision happens to be on the back of your coin purse, the design could be difficult for you. The pouch is the only thing that increases in size, so I suggest Going a size up and inserting gauze if you need additional support or padding. Overall- I’ve had 2 other support garments and this one is SUBSTANTIALLY more comfortable.

Works OK but it's still not perfect. Support takes a bit getting used to but does work pretty well. Mine were pretty large so this thing did quite help out a bit. Your package just tucks into the pouch on this thing so you'll need to adjust pretty often. Sorta comfortable but still find myself adjusting myself quite a bit.

This product is outstanding. I was in such a bad way after my penile implant surgery. I tried to McGuyver anything I could think of to get some relief. Cutting holes in underwear, converting facemasks, you name it. And all I was effectively doing was boxing my scrotum like a punching bag. I was all chafed, red and swollen like a softball when this thing arrived. I put it on and immediately problem solved. No more sticking to my legs or getting ground up between them. I can bend over to grab something off the floor or get outta my chair with no pain at all. sprint up the stairs with ease. And I don't even have to take it off to sit on the toilet. Best purchase I've ever made in my life without a doubt.

2 thing I don't like. First, according to their size chart it will fit from 2 golf balls up to 2 grapefruit. I'm more like 2 pool balls which leaves a lot of extra room in the pouch. Second there is only a waist belt, no strap up the back which does not hold things in place. Fortunately I only have to wear this until I heal up from surgery. Overall just not so great. I would add an adjustment for the pouch and a rear strap.

Sling (ball hammock) whatever you would like to call it worked amazingly. Had an emergency surgery recently. And this thing saved my life. Both functionality throughout the day and pain elevation do to posturing and support. Plus even though only wearing for medical purposes and temporarily. Makes you package look intimidating…lol. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star plus review. Yea is because second day wearing it. The locking clasp broke so had to tie it off rigged up because it is my only and best option. So I’ll prolly order two now and hope one gets refunded due to manufacturers defect of holding up some weight for two days.

After a couple of adulterations, and a couple of days learning how to adjust for maximum comfort, my husband found this to be just what he needed. The size/comparison chart was very helpful in ordering the right size, the first time. He has slept in it several times and it really helps to keep the “boys” where they belong! Daytime comfort is very good.

yes it does help for Hydrocel but could be better with an adjustment to lift the bag , but it still works great . Used for 2 weeks now and still top shape . Waiting for operation still but gives me comfort much better than not having one . I recommend, yes .
