Perfect budget option for replacing bottom tier tuners.
I’ve only just started using the tuners, but the stringing process was extremely easy. The locks seem to be holding well at tension, though I won’t know about tuning stability until I break in the new strings.I don’t have experience with the more expensive locking tuners, but these seem like really high quality for how much cheaper they are and they look very nice.Only downside I had was that my guitar did t have the appropriate pinholes but it wasn’t too big of a deal to drill them. Maybe make sure your guitar has those before ordering if you’d rather not risk damaging it.

these work great. hold well and are easy ot use
I used these on a fender neck for a DIY build and they work great. I prefer locking tuner and have purchased the fender ones before. I can't see any difference in the performance of these and the fender branded ones.

Not perfect but good for the price
Good locking tuners for this price are really hard to come by. These Guyker locking tuners are a really good option when you’re building to a budget. When I’m building a high end guitar, I’m installing Fender, Hipshot, or Gotoh locking tuners. But I’ve built three guitars where the theme was “let’s see how good I can make a guitar for very little money”. And in those cases I always order the Guyker tuners. The locking mechanisms are just as good as the other companies, and they feel solid and high quality. The only downside is that when tuning, there’s sometimes a little “slippage” where you’re turning the knob a small amount and it feels like nothing happens. Then it catches up and goes a little too far and you have to back it off. It’s not terrible and it is easily corrected, but it’s noticeable. Once you’re tuned up, they’re perfectly stable and can handle tension changes from a tremolo bridge just fine.

Guyker Locking Tuners for Squire Sonic Strat
Came on time.Almost “drop in” replacement but needs old lock pinholes filled and new ones drilled out to accommodate the new tuning machines. Should be easy enough to (DIY) do it myself. They look good except the lock buttons in the Amazon ad show a gold tint to the button. These are silver and don’t look as nice as I’d expected. But I can live with them.Only other issue that this novice guitar repairman sees is the string winding posts are slightly lower than stock ones by about 1/8”. Hoping that won’t cause any excessive lean angle on strings leaving nut to be less efficient than the originals.Other than that I’d recommend them to anyone that wants locking tuning machines on their ‘copy’ Stratocaster.

Two bad tuners - peg has to be turned at least 1/2 a turn to move the string peg at all
I just finished building a "T" type guitar, these tuners look great, HOWEVER, two or maybe three of the tuners do not work properly as the gears don't seem to mesh properly. When you go to tune the guitar, two of the tuning pegs have to be turned at least half a rotation in order to move the string peg at all, thus making it VERY Difficult not only to tune the guitar, but those strings DO NOT stay in tune. Very frustrating and disappointing. I purchased gold knobs with pearloid tops and a pearloid pickguard to go with these tuners and it looks great, unfortunately the tuners are NOT as mechanically good as they look.

Frankenfender upgrade
Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em!I installed these on a Fender Squire with some Earnie Ball slinky 11s. I have been using the Squire to learn set ups and playing with luthier tools. Funny/odd thing is now this cheap guitar is one of my favorites to pull down off my wall of guitars. It keeps in tune for so long and fine tuning it to perfection is easy when it is out. I love them and will be purchasing more to change out other guitars. My schecter and agile are next.

Get what you pay for sometimes
These look quite nice but slip and have too much slack for my taste. Used a different style from them in the past and thought they were a good buy then these were the exact opposite and the gold is easily damaged in no time. Sometimes more expensive is better.

coloquei na guitarra, continuou desafinando e perdendo afinação fácil. vou precisar trocar outras peças e espera para ver se melhora.

Very good locking tuners for the price
Work well. No gear slippage at all and locking mechanism works well. They look good too. They are open gears but are well lubricated/greased. I will look to add more grease to the gears in the future as part of servicing to ensure longevity. A third of the price of some of the big names but i cant fault them so far. I used them on a partscaster and upgraded from standard tuners. I do notice the increased tuning stability when bending strings since replacing the standard ones. Would recommend.

Unbrauchbar
An den Feststell Hülsen ist kein Gewinde! Links eines der ohne Gewinde rechst wie es sein soll. Ohne Gewinde keine Möglichkeit die Tuner zu befestigen also Schrott

Good
For the price its a no brainer. Not sure I would recommend them on a gigging instrument but they're good enough for the everyday use. Got no complaints. They're going on all my guitars from now on. Re-stringing's a b***h! These solve that.

Price point has lots of lessor quality tuners, but these stand out as too of the pile.
Really nice looking lockers. Almost $100 cheaper than the Fender version, but almost as nicely made. Good castings, the chrome is nice and even and not rough. The locking screw is well made and feels like quality. The stings so far and been heal as it should all bit one time tuning the high E, the string pulled out of the lock. Two reasons I believe. I play with .07 being the thinest high E string. And I didn't tighten it till it couldn't possibly turn anymore. Perhaps. 07 have less compression that the thicker string. Idk, but super happy with the tuners.
