I purchased this product, loved it for the first two days, after a week the battery was already dead, put in second battery and with a two weeks it was dead, bout new batteries and they didn’t last . It was useless. So I couldn’t use it to find my keys or phone because the batteries died within two weeks every time I replaced them. I would have loved to had one that lasted. Nothing against the company at all, just the product not weight having to buy and replace batteries every two weeks! So I wouldn’t recommend an orbit at all! Totally worthless. Very disappointed..

Small product and works, but I have a Samsung S8 and if I set to tell you when it gets too far, it will give you often fake negatives and when you search it, it can take quite a while to find the item and sometimes the search button on the gadget Will not work

My daughter requested this for Christmas and loved it. The first battery did not last very long... May have been defective.

This is really bad on batteries.I ended up removing this from my keyring because it is NOT A DEPENDABLE device.After about one month after installing the battery in the Orbit, when I went to test it, keeping the phone app off all of the time, the unit appeared to drain itself and was usless. Put in the second battery and had the same result.If you are looking for a , little piece of mind by haveing this attached to your keyring, look elsewhere.Good Idea Bad Product. Too bad

Seems some buyers do not realize the "tool" to open the Orbit consists of the 2 round plastic pieces included in the package. They look like packaging, but they actually do open it. Do not throw them away! Once you replace the battery, it is a little tricky to reseal. I found it easiest when I placed it on top of a rubber jar opener or similar sticky surface to hold the bottom side steady. Then twisting it clockwise closed it right up. I also like the little hole where it can be easily attached to my key ring.

Like the style but cheap quality and works only randomly. Replaced battery that came with them cause they were just about dead out of the box. Had to by brand new ones and got it to randomly work.

I got one of these for my husband and one for my dauther's boyfriend. They both love it. Works great for finding their keys by using the app on the phone or can find their phone by pressing the Orbit. It's usthVefor people who lose their phone or keys frequently!
