Great product. Good taste, a little on the sweet side but overall packs a good punch and Creatine built in. As an advid early workout person I sometimes need a little boost to get me going. This kicks in pretty fast 15 or so minutes, keeps you focused during the workout and no hard crash like some pre-workouts give you. Recommend if you are looking for a great tasting, no itch pre-workout, and subsidizing creatine all into one.

I'm a big advocate of C4 as it has been the best preworkout that I've ever taken. EVL is good, but the mixing quality is just ok. I got the grape flavor because it's very hard to find a good quality grape flavored preworkout. The taste is good. It tastes just like their Aminos, so if that's something you like then this is for you. But like I mentioned, the mixing quality is fair and it foams up pretty quickly. There isn't a fizzy taste, but it's still mostly foam leftover on the side of the shaker. In terms of the jolt/pump, it's decent. You don't get that amped feeling like you would from C4 (the jitters/itch), but it does give you a slight boost of energy. If you're on a budget, then this isn't a bad choice. But if you can afford it, just go for the sure thing in C4.

I have purchased several containers of ENGN and my overall impression is very positive. All of the flavors I've tried including Furious grape have had great taste (watermelon and grape more so than the orange) and mix readily with no clumping. I definitely get a bump in energy after taking ENGN but not so much that it's uncomfortable or makes evening workouts and issue with sleep. There are notable differences in muscular endurance for me when I do/ don't take ENGN which is probably the number 1 reason I enjoy the product. I feel like I can make the most of even limited time in the gym despite a busy schedule, sleep routines etc. Additionally, one of my favorite things about ENGN is the price point.

I'm a 57 yr old weight trainer and still workout intensely 5 or 6 times a week. I've tried numerous Pre-workout supplements but have never found the right one for me so I researched the various products and decided to try ENGN. It contains Creatine and the right levels of caffeine as well as other ingredients that I know and trust. I ordered the Blue Raz flavour and liked it straight away. The flavor is good but it doesn't give me the jitters like C4. I know when I'm ready to train, usually after about 10 to 15 minutes, and I'm able to train hard right from the beginning. I usually train for an hour and feel fully focused with a good pump throughout. I still have energy at the end of my workout and could easily train for longer. I highly recommend the product and will continue to use it. I'm on my third tub

So I have taken quite a few pre-workout products, and have been finding that they no longer have the desired effect - but this product acted fast, and lasted my whole workout (about 2 hours)! It kicks in fast, so be aware of that - energy hit me while still on my way to the gym - and long lasting:) the taste was good ( but not really a reason for purchase for me) and it mixed well in a small water bottle. I will buy it again for sure!

Taste: The taste was good. I enjoyed taking it. I liked that it was like a sour charry taste. I don't have to force myself to get this down at all, quite enjoyable. Energy: The energy of this product was great. My workouts are 2-3 hours and I was able to maintain consistent energy throughout. Did not experience any crashing afterwards. Focus: I felt I had a good focus on this product. Did not feel any efforts to quit on my workouts. Had a solid pump and drive. Endurance: The endurance on this was great. I feel this ties in with focus. I was able to continue a long workout with no issues and got a solid pump in the end. I have purchased this pre work out many times now. The taste is great and does not compromise the energy you get from this. I experienced no jitters, not upset stomach or itchiness. Just a solid consistent energy level to help me get through long workouts. As a firefighter I find this very important for training to help benefit and achieve a maximum workout. I have a high tolerance to stimulants so I really enjoy this pre workout.
