Very effective for oldies having a hard time to poop

Que irresponsables.....

The bottle arrived safe and sound. The first day I took one of these and did not really notice much at all. Day 2 - I took another 1 and noticed a little more ease of bathroom usage, but still nothing that was really mind blowing, so on day 3 I took 2 capsules and it was on like donkey kong, it seemed it was cleansing my entire intestinal tract, emptying it all out, that was more like it!! Word of caution if you do take 2 capsules, you may want to avoid activities such as fishing out in a boat with your uncle bud, or I would think you may not want to go sky diving, or scuba diving, really activity that would keep you more than a couple minutes from the restroom, speaking of that you may want to stock up on Charmin. 😕

I’ve been using this for years. It was no longer available on Amazon so I ordered directly from the company, which I’ve done in the past with no issues. I never received my order and it was for a 3 month supply. $130 gone. Radio silence from the company after multiple emails direct messages calls and voicemails. Thanks Digestic.

I read the directions. It said take 2 capsules. I might have been okay had I taken 1.It made me dangerously dehydrated. I fell on the floor and couldn't get up. After 12 hours on the floor I managed to crawl to my phone and called my neighbor. She is a nurse. She said I was lethargic so I told her she could call emts. I spent the whole day being hydrated. They wanted me to spend the night but I was feeling well enough to come home. I'm still recovering but I'm feeling better every day. I'm telling my story because in my opinion I would start with 1 capsule.

I've read quite a few reviews about this product, saying how it helps with constipation. And it does. However, it does more than that.For the last 16 years I've been suffering from what I eventually found out was IBS-C. I had it so bad that I went from a 40 year old long distance cyclist, weight lifter, runner, etc to a 55 year old fat and lazy tub of goo. My stomach has always been very active - with loud gurgling and quick emptying. The IBS brought this to a screeching halt! I became so bloated and backed up that I began to have massive panic attacks (The thought being that I had such massive bloating that it pressed on the Vagus Nerve which caused the anxiety).I've been on Movantik the last few months and it helps quite a bit (this is one of those 'OMG! This medicine costs how much??!?'). I added Digestic about a week and a half now, and it's helped a lot more than I had anticipated. While it hasn't returned me to 16 years ago, it's helped with the anxiety and depression because my stomach is active again. I did have diarrhea for about half a day when I first started it, but I expected that. After that my stomach juices began flowing again! One thing I've noticed is that if your symptoms return, drinking around 16oz of water will kick it back into action.This stuff works pretty well, and I'll continue taking it.
