Q: How hot will it make one bathsheet sized towel?

It depends. Is the towel dry or wet? A wet one will get hot enough to steam. A dry one will just get warm, and it will cool down almost as soon as you take it out.

Q: How long does the unit take to warm approximately 4 or 5 - 16x27 towels?

If you make the towels using cold water it'll take at least 30m. If you use warm water they will be super hot in about 20m.

Q: Does this item have a sterilizing unit built in to it or how do you clean it everyday to not grow bacteria in it?

It does not. You have to clean it out everyday. If you leave towels in overnight they will mildew. Unit MUST be dried out and leave the door open to air out. Sanitation can be used with sprays or wipes. Make sure it is thoroughly clean though. You don't want to put ammonia residue on someone's face.

Q: Can towels be put in dry and kept dry? I don’t want a wet towel.

The cabi gets very warm and a dry towel would be a fire hazard.
