These were flavorful and had great texture. The flavor is very similar to raisins but with a slight tartness like dried cherries. I do feel like they’re a bit expensive for the amount you get, but I think it was ultimately worth it.

Excellent Quality
These are excellent organic currants. They were not dried out and were delicious in a quick bread I baked yesterday. Organic currants can be hard to find in stores, and I was pleased to find them here!

Currants are great, packaging no so great
The product is good but if Amazon keeps putting it in a plastic envelope it's never going to arrive undamaged. Tried twice now, going to give up as Amazon warehouse won't ship it on a box.

Fresh, Soft and Tasty
When I decided to make my favorite Irish Soda bread recipe, I could not find currants in my local supermarkets or Sprouts. I went on Amazon, and these were the best deal available.They are lovely and, beyond the bread, I enjoy them on cereal and scones. Very happy with this purchase!
