I’m so glad I bought this! I had been struggling with an older version and finally got frustrated enough to trash it. This is very simple to set up and works perfectly!

I bought these to replace a couple of outdoor timers that used an app on my iPhone to set the on & off times. They were glitchy and never worked as advertised, so I was relegated to walking outside and plugging in the lights and doing the same to unplug them before bedtime. Sometimes one or the other would work fine, but never did they both operate as advertised. They were aggravating and worthless. These timers are simple and reliable. Just set it and forget it.

I have two different set ups for Halloween lights and wished to not have to remember to plug in and out nightly, nor leave it on all night. I was unsure if this device would work for “dusk setting” on a porch.Works perfectly! Easy to set up. Ordered one for the backyard lights

I would have given it 5 stars but when it arrived I plugged it into the outdoor lights that I wanted Dusk to Dawn. I first moved the dial to On, but the lights didn't come on. I moved the dial to 4 Hrs, lights came on, but according to the instructions that setting was to provide power at dusk and shut off after 4 hours.I turned the dial to Dusk and it worked that night and beyond.The steps I took above made me think the product was defective.

We love them, especially the dusk to dawn feature. We do huge light displays for Christmas. We can set these for up to 10 hours which is better than the 8 hour ones we also have. We will definitely buy more when needed if they’re still available. Such a great price too.

I just hooked this up today to operate my Halloween Pumpkin Lights in the back yard. This device turned the Pumpkin lights on at Dusk and now we will see if it turns the lights off at daybreak. I used the photo electric cell part of the device rather than the timer part of the device by setting it to DUSK.

Easy to use and set up well. I think the extension on it is a little short, but it’s probably that way so that it keeps the unit off the ground staying dry.

The first one worked great for the Christmas lights last year with no problems. The 2nd one keeps popping my fuse and cannot use.

As predicted, plugged it in and at dusk the lights turned on and turned off at dawn, perfect.
