I’m practicing IF for more than a year and feeling amazing. I have to admit that sometimes it’s hard to fight cravings, and my mood gets worse especially if I have more stress at work.. I saw an ad on Instagram for this product and decided to try it. OMG guys! I can assure you it was a life-changer for me! It really gives a feeling of satiety. Mixed with water this fiber complex gets thick and fills the stomach really well. And the taste is sweet and delicious...With this complex, I can easily prolong my fasting window - last week, I tried no to eat for 36 hours! My partner will join me this weekend and we will have a 48-hour fasting window. Can’t wait!

Tasted good, worked well. Don’t let it sit too long tho. Gets a little thick. Great product!

I have the DoFasting app and was so excited to find this on Amazon! I mixed in 16 oz of cold water (recommends 8 oz) after shaking to dissolve it was so thick I couldn’t drink it-in less than 5 minutes! Taste isn’t bad-but hard to drink being so thick!

Flavor is tolerable, it thickens and has lumps when diluted with water. The lumps are hard to dissolve. It keeps you full a bit but not the best fasting supplement out there.

I just put a two star review on this product even though I never used it and sent it back, but this is the reason why I have given a two star review, because it states in the instructions that if you don't drink the exact amount it could cause you to have trouble swallowing or cause your throat to swell up, I wasn't going to chance it. It wasn't worth trying it in my opinion.

The flavor is good but after drinking the same flavor day after day it ... SUCKS !!!! I did notice that I had less of a sugar craving and was able to fast for longer periods of time .... and best of all .... I LOSE WEIGHT WITH ONLY USING THIS FOR A WEEK! The product does what it says it will do .... hopefully they come out with different flavors soon .... drinking plenty of water with the product and throughout the day is key !!! But this product did make me constipated but a few laxative later I was ok .This is my honest review

I've been taking this supplement for 4 days now and so far it works great!!! Curbs hunger and tastes good, like a berry flavor. I drink it quickly before it thickens up. I'm already down 2 lbs since starting to use this product 4 days ago! Will definitely be buying again, it helps with my 20/4 fasting and is a total game changer!!

This stuff is terrible. By the time you get it mixed in its basically gelled. Very difficult to get down. I'm pretty sure psyllium husk pills or fiber supplements would do the same thing and way easier to swallow.
