Can i use them on a Samsung

Yes, I've been using them on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G for a while, though please note that when you connect them, it'll say that an app is required to use them, this is not the case, as it will work without the app.

Can you mute the microphones when you are in a Teams call by pressing them, so people on the call cant hear me eating?

Sorry, you cannot mute the Microphone when you are in a Teams call by pressing them.

Is there any latency or delay in sound reaching the headphone while watching videos or online content?

To me it seems spot on, haven't noticed any delay when watching videos online. Reviews on YouTube seem to agree with this also.

What is the maximum distance/range from the drvice while in use?

The effective distance between the mobile phone and the headset is 10 meters in a barrier-free environment. Hope that can meet your needs.
