I have been using this for years. Love it.

I always take vitamins I am a nurse and i dont want to get sick so i try my best to stay healthy. I have tried many multi vitamins and the pills make me nauseous and alot of gummies have a nasty taste or weird consistency. these have neither. they are easy to chew and taste great. It almost makes you want to eat more which is impressive for a vitamin. my husband takes the mens vitamins i take the womens and i even bought the kids and teen ones for my children. i added them to my subscribe and save since i buy them often anyway. hope that helps. as for how well the vitamins actually work i have no idea because i have been taking vitamins for years and im not sure if you are supposed to physically feel any different lol.

These have most of the vitamins and minerals I need, and I’m grateful there’s no iron since I cannot tolerate any oral iron. The formulation is great as well; they are easy to eat and have a pleasant natural berry flavor. The last 3 gummies I’ve tried tasted like those horrid chewable my parents made me take when I was a child - ick! They were a bit pricy, but I consider it money well spent to have a vitamin that I’ll actually take.

I should have read closer before I ordered. I will use what I bought however this is supposed to be a healthy vitamin glucose syrup is not healthy I personally avoid sugar. I don’t see why it’s in these vitamins, they are definitely sweet they could get away with less. 2 gummies is 4 carbs 2 grams of sugar. It won’t kill me but it’s not necessary. If they make a sugar free option I would buy it. I’ve only been taking these for a week so I don’t see any difference yet but I do like them.

I really scoured the internet for a good multivitamin that didn’t taste like licking a metal pole. Although this vitamin doesn’t have iron (which greatly helps the taste) is a bit of a shame when it comes to being a women’s multivitamin. There are so many other wonderful things in this that will help varying things so I cannot be mad. I hope that they are able to add it in the future without altering the taste and texture too much. I would definitely recommend that you try this, I’m not sure how the shipping differs from Amazon to their website, I see people writing about how theirs arrives melted, mine personally came with a cooling pack that was sufficient in keeping it intact. There are definitely cheaper alternatives out there so if the price is an issue do take a poke around on the internet. Also make sure you tell your doctors if you are taking any sort of vitamin or supplements just so they have record of it and can tell you if you should change what you are taking. Most doctors will recommend you take a multivitamin with iron due to loss of blood during periods, so if that’s what you need/they suggest unfortunately this isn’t the one to pick.

After resisting for years, I finally tried gummies and found them very easy to chew and swallow.

This product is soooo gross I purchased these specific gummies cuz I had bought them at target and they tasted amazing I even ate them like they were candy cuz they were so good. Well I got this bag and immediately this horrible smells came out. I thought to myself they are vitamins they have to smell but good lord this stench was horrible I compared them to the others I had previously purchased from target they smelled different the color was different and the texture. Horrible horrible I’m trying to return them but sadly there is no way of contacting the seller so I’m more than likely going to be throwing $20 down the drain. DONT BUY THEY WILL SELL THEM TO YOU EXPIRED!!!!
