I really was concerned that these wouldn't be tall enough to firmly hold my tablet to the wall but I tried them anyway. They were easy to mount on the wall and though the command strips are very strong I did use the top screw only with some wood screws I had lying around that I thought would be enough to give it some extra grip so that I didn't have to use the wall anchors and make even bigger holes. The best part is how this comes with a variety of different rubber tighteners that you can stick on to make sure that whatever you slip into the brackets is held snugly but safely because it's Rubber and isn't going to damage your device. So now I have it mounted it firmly held to the wall it firmly holds my device it does exactly what I was looking for and I can easily pull my tablet out if I need to and put it back. Considering how inexpensive this was it works really well

I was looking to wall-mount a Microsoft Surface 3 Tablet next to a LCD television. My criteria for a perfect fit included: (1) Hold the tablet securely without fear of it ever falling out, nor of the mount detaching from the wall. (2) Hold the tablet firmly so I could use the touch features without rocking back and forth or other movement. (3) Allow me to detach the tablet when necessary without complexity. This mount allowed me to achieve all the above, and I imagine it would work equally well for an iPad, telephone, or any other similar device. It includes your choice of 2 mounting options: 3M Command strips (which I personally don't trust for the secure fit I wanted) or screws and anchors. I took the screws and anchors route, and though it didn't trouble me to supplement the supplied accessories with 2 additional wall anchors (the kit has 4 screws but only 2 anchors) I thought it was worth mentioning. I suppose the engineers think that 2 anchors (1 on each side) will hold it well enough and 2 screws without anchors (again 1 on each side) is enough to keep it from twisting. I can't say they're wrong, but I can say that I prefer the additional security of 4 anchors (not 2) for 4 screws. So I did it my way. Once the screws (or 3M Command strips if that's what you prefer) are installed, there are several self-adhesive silicone/rubber pads of different thickness that you select based on the thickness of your device and adhere inside the mount. For example a thinner device woudl need a thicker pad, and a thicker device (or device with the cover still on) would need a thinner pad. The pads provide enough friction and grab, without damaging the surface of the tablet in any way, too keep the tablet firmly mounted in place without rocking or other unwanted motion. I'm very happy with this purchase, and find the product a perfect fit for the intended purchase.

Works as advertised but very expensive for two pieces of plastic and some silicone tabs to adjust for device thickness. Also found it hard to stick the two tabs perfectly level... will need to remove and redo when I purchase additional 3M adhesive. Extra set of adhesive tape would've been nice given the price.

Perfect solution. I had hung my Ipad Air2 in an old holder (screwed to the wall). It was falling apart. We were renovating the bathroom where it's normally hung and needed a temporary solution to hang in our other bathroom. This one works great as they give you two sets of adhesive (removable) strips and screw with mollies for permanent placement. So far no issues. Also comes with shrims so you can fit your size tablet. I also bought a thin silicone protector for it and that did not affect the fit. Still had to use the shims.

Works good for my iPad. I put over my workbench for YouTube tutorials and music in my garage, never worried about it falling. iPad fits good even with case, and is very sturdy using just the adhesive.

I got this on Prime day and paid 13ish for it. I was looking for a mount to put near my bed for the new 8inch fire I purchased. What you get is two wall brackets and command strips (screws and buffer things that are needless unless this is a perm place for a tablet which defeats the purpose of a tablet). There are just better products that can do the same job for a lot less. Plus this is an eye sore without your tablet in place. Not a bad product but it should never be over $10 Fire owners: pain if you want to use horizontally. Either power or volume controls blocked. Be careful during installation if you fit it too snug it will hold the button down.

The product arrived in a tiny, tiny little box, I couldn’t believe it, I thought something was wrong. Then I opened it, read the instructions and boom! What a simple little contraption! Easy to put together, with many options of mounting. It’s not the sturdier thing in the world, but the value for the money is quite good and then again, it holds well the weight of a tablet. Three months or so into it and I have no complaints. It holds my iPad with its case. For me it was a great solution, the iPad was in a drawer, not being used for anything, and now it is a hub for my smart devices and to select music for one of the players in the apartment, or for guest access.

Not sticky enough and really flimsy. It might - MIGHT- work for a phone, but no way would I use it for a tablet.

Diesmal schreibe ich das Fazit ganz an den Anfang: Ich bin von dieser Wandhalterung begeistert! Wir haben nach einer Wandhalterung für unser Tablet gesucht, damit wir es über der Küchenarbeitsplatte an der Wand montieren können. Und das möglichst ohne bohren zu müssen, denn die Wand wurde gerade frisch verputzt und gestrichen. Als die Wandhalterung kam, waren wir erstmal etwas skeptisch. Es sind lauter Einzelteile und die Anleitung ist etwas seltsam. Irgendwie bekommt man es dann aber doch hin. Die Wandhalterung hängt, ohne gebohrt zu haben.... und geht direkt ab, wenn man sie auch nur ein bisschen berührt. Der Klebestreifen fühlt sich dabei auch nicht wirklich so an, als wäre er fürs "Kleben" gemacht. Enttäuscht haben wir nochmal in die komische Anleitung geschaut und da steht, dass man das ganze erstmal ein paar Stunden einfach an der Wand in Ruhe lassen soll... und anschließend soll man für mindestens 12 Stunden an jeden Haken der Wandhalterung eine Tüte mit 2 gefüllten Wasserflaschen hängen um den Härtetest zu machen... oookaay, bevor wir es zurückschicken probieren wir das halt mal aus... Ich habe keine Ahnung, was hier für eine Magie passiert, aber aus irgendeinem Grund verwandelt sich dieser Klebestreifen, den man nicht mal als Fusselroller benutzen könnte, innerhalb dieser wenigen Stunden an der Wand zu einem richtigen Kraftprotz und übersteht den Härtetest problemlos. Es hält wirklich bombenfest... um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich keine Ahnung, ob wir die Wandhalterung je wieder abbekommen. Sie hält jetzt schon seit mehreren Wochen das Tablet fest an der Wand, ich bin wirklich begeistert. Sehr gut finde ich auch, dass man die Breite der Wandhalterung individuell einstellen kann - je nachdem für welches Gerät sie gedacht ist ( Das muss einem vorher schon klar sein, denn es ist sehr hilfreich, wenn man das Gerät mit anhalten kann, wenn man die Wandhalterung befestigt.) Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Using for a galaxy tab 6 as a smart home dashboard. I have the oem case still on it, but there is strips to pad out the depth if I take it off. Is sturdy as a rock, looks clean, and being infinitely resizable is excellent. I didn't need to go being the 3m strips. Testing showed it would work with my surface pro laptop as well.

I regularly use my iPad to watch the morning news, whilst taking a shower. Even in this moist environment, I know that my iPad is very safe, securely fastened to the wall. The v2.0 even holds my iPad, complete with a keyboard case, folded behind it. It’s an ideal fit! The v1.0 I use in my shed, to watch streaming TV and movies (I spend a lot of time in there!). The V1 fits my iPad case, but not quite with the keyboard. This is, also, ideal, because the spacing of the two hooks means there is room for my keyboard portion of the case to hang down, so I can still use it...bonus! If these hooks ever fail (which I cannot see happening!), I know I will be straight back to buy more. Thinking of just how easy they are to install, I will probably buy more, f9r different rooms in the house. Excellent design - sleek and unobtrusive, allowing full view of the screen. Endlessly customisable fit for any product size. Sturdy and make me feel very, VERY safe, knowing how well they hold my iPad. I found a little gem of a product and have already told several of my family and friends about them. Happy, happy Customer.
