Not a good guide to drying food products, mostly recipes and no technical information. Not what I thought it would be.

Statt immer beim Fahren mit dem Wohnmobil auf Süßem rumzukauen haben wir Jerky genommen - hat Suchtfaktor.Dieses Buch zeigt anschaulich die Zubereitung von getrocknetem Fleisch - Jerky. Man braucht gar nicht so viel und bekommt eine Idee wie es geht. Dann kann man selber herumexperimentieren. Es gibt nicht nur Beef Jerky, auch mit Schweinefleisch kann man eine Menge machen.Ein schönes Buch.

Well this book belongs in a highschool library for kids who dont understand the basics of jerky. The pages are made of a wierd sticky almost plastic that makes it uncomfortable to touch. Its ok. Not what I was expecting.

More of a commercial to sell you stuff.
