I was skeptical about spending the money on these cards. I mean, how much could they really help?But THEY ARE GREAT. Colourful, engaging and simple. Each card has a word on it. And also a sentence in which the word is used. Along with antonyms, synonyms, a definition and the part of speech. It even has a picture as a memory-hook.The words are back to back too, and there are two sets of them. Arranged alphabetically too.Loads of great words to use in writing and to extend vocabulary.We love these cards!

What a great way to help learners understand and build vocabulary. The mind maps are practical, colourful, cards are numbered and immediately accessible, especially for for visual learners who gravitate to the images quickly capturing the word and its meaning. Extremely useful. Some of these bad reviews are not justified - see for yourself.

Convenient cards with all the important info on each card. Might need slightly stronger paper to last more than one child but overall great set for easy learning/revising. Choice of words is good.

Excellent resource to develop reading for meaning skills: word mind maps encourage inference and connotation skills - particularly useful for improving 11 plus comprehension. Useful tool to develop sophisticated vocabulary - bright colours and design make it easy for children to follow and memorise. Has saved me loads of time preparing vocab lists!

I got this for my niece but thinking of getting one for myself and my husband wants one . They are really good not just for children

Just received this pack of cards in the post. I was a little sceptical after reading the reviews, but went ahead and purchased them as a potentially helpful tool for my students sitting exams and struggling with vocabulary. I have to say, although they are a little small, I am very impressed overall and will certainly be recommending to parents and fellow tutors.

The flashcards arrived promptly and in a little box. I quite liked the size as it is easy to carry it around.I've been using this product to aid my English lessons and I am quite impressed. A lot of thought has gone into the design, and not only is it very informative but also visually appeasing.Highly recommend this product to those who are looking to improve their vocabulary.

To small! I thought it will be a bit bigger, but they are the size of a business card and a bit less thick than a business card. Its hard to read on as the writing is quite small. For the price could be a bit bigger!
