I found a half of empty shell inside. Seems like the manufacturer needs to pay attention of the quality control. I feel little better in my pain within one week. Hop this will work overtime.

I have been using Cosmamin DS for many years and always remember how well it worked when I first started: no longer were my initial steps getting out of bed painful. I have used the product ever since and will not stop it to see if the pain returns. Generally a good price using Amazon and sometimes not available locally in my area, certainly not at a reasonable price. If your hips, knees or ankles go "ouch in the morning," give Cosamin DS a try. I started with 3 capsules a day and reduced to 2 capsules a day after a month or so and have not increased the dose since.

This product is truly amazing! I was unknowingly exposed to the harsh steroid dexamethasone for 13 months, which severely deteriorated my hip joints and even caused one of my legs to become about an inch and a half shorter than the other. As a result, I had to undergo three hip surgeries within a single year. Throughout that challenging time, I relied on Cosamin, and it made a world of difference in reducing pain and stiffness. I credit my ability to walk today to Cosamin, along with a few other supportive measures. This is an outstanding product!

Quality, take 2 a day for my knees! Easy to swallow, effectiveness is great for me, no stomach upset or side effects, no bad taste, is helping my knees tremendously recommend trying if have any kind of pain etc.
