I originally ordered 2 colours of this in a LARGE from 2 separate places, my other one arrived first and it was far too big. (American size)I contacted Outdoor Lifestyle GB to see if I could change the size to a MEDIUM before it was dispatched, Tracey picked up my request and changed it straight away with no hassle!When the hoodie arrived it had a minor production fault which is rare for Carhartt so I contacted Tracey again with a picture and the problem was sorted instantly getting another sent out.Great hoodie, great company 100% would buy again!!

Fit is spot on and the quality is there but it’s worth mentioning that the product isn’t exactly as shown in the listing. There’s no print on the sleeve. Hard to match a bunch of guys when one sweater is different
