What is the source of the L - Citrulline? Human hair?

I'm not sure where this comes from. But I know l-citrulline is an amino acid found in watermelon, beans, meats, and nuts. It produces nitric oxide in the blood which helps relax blood vessels helping to lower blood pressure. And also increasing blood flow to specific areas of the body which I found very useful

Does it start working soon after first taking it or does it take some time( days/weeks) for it to build up in the body and then optimally work?

I would say you should start to notice a difference in workout stamina after at least a week of taking it. On days that I worked out in the morning I would take 4 capsules before a workout, 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner.

Citrulline will help with ED. It's purpose is to loosen the artery wall and make them more pliable. As we age, our aterries harden and make it more difficult for blood to move through. I take an L-Citrulline daily and if I desire sex in the next day or two, take a Tadalafil 20MG. I find they are good for 2-3 days. They are also very cheap. Get them through your Doctor.

Is this citrulline malate?

There's nothing that specifies that it is so I have to say I don't know.
