No Irritation - Solid Support
I use it in my sleep no problem. It’s easy to put on and it feels pretty sturdy in the locations it needs to be (thumb and wrist). It has adjustable straps.

Helpful
I’ve been having a pain where my thumb meets my wrist for over a month now and of course doctors can find nothing wrong. So I decided to do some research on thumb pain and though I am in no way a doctor, I decided to buy a splint to see if I mobilizing my wrist and the MV would help. I read many reviews on many products and decided to give this one a try. For the most part, I like it. But let’s be honest, wearing a splint is never comfortable. But I do like all the adjustable straps to make this splint the most comfortable that I can for me. Sometimes it slips and my hand gets sore where the top Velcro strap goes. It rubs sometimes and then I have to un Velcro all the straps and put it on again with my hand in the correct position. The thumb strap gets loose pretty easy and then my thumb moves too much and I feel pain again but I just need to retighten the thumb strap. Nothing will hold my wrist and thumb in place constantly but a cast, and this I can at least take off to give my hand a rest so it’s better than a cast. I’d give this brace/splint a try if you are having issues with your thumb. It’s pretty good for the price and does seem to be helping. I even sleep with it on.

One of the Better Wrist Braces
Having suffered from cubital tunnel, carpal tunnel and tendonitis in my thumbs, I have never been able to find a wrist brace that could address all three at the same time. This wrist brace/thumb splint does. These are my likes: Very comfortable, wide wrist splint compared to my last pair of wrist braces; a splint for my thumb (finally!); easy to wear; very well padded. I don't have many dislikes, but if I had to list any...: Wearing one on right and left wrists can be a challenge putting them on as well as removing them; almost too good at immobilizing the wrist and thumb - I make my living using a computer keyboard and the splint allows only the fingers to be used; the quality of the cloth material between the top of the wrist and the velcro closures isn't the greatest - bits of thread keep showing up on my sleeves from it, and half the seam isn't secured by the stitches going around each end of that cloth. My initial impression of this wrist brace is that it is very comfortable with decent overall build quality that provides the additional benefit of keeping my thumb from moving too much. Any pressure points are well padded, so once the brace/splint is on and adjusted, it is easily forgotten (as long as you don't have to use a keyboard).

Brace removed the pain!!
This brace is a miracle-worker! I was in so much pain, I could hardly pick things up with my right hand. Just a few nights of wearing this brace, and the pain was gone!!

Engineering defect
Unfortunately there are several vitally important features missing in this Wrist splint. The shape of the bottom stay does not conform with the shape of the bottom of your wrist and hand. I had to use a hammer to reshape it so that it would fit my hand properly and support my wrist so that it wouldn't be uncomfortable and also so that it would keep my wrist in a firm position. The thumb spica is completely dysfunctional. There is plenty of support at the base of the thumb, but then the stay is missing all the way up to the end of the thumb so your thumb is not being restricted from movement. It doesn't make any sense to call it a thumb spica because there is no support for the thumb. The only part of this splint that fits correctly is the pricing, but if you're not handy, you're not going to be happy with the splint. The splint is going to require modification in order to make it functional. I reiterate however also that the thumb spica is completely dysfunctional and the only way it can be a "thumb spica" would be if the state in the thumb area were to continue from the base to the end of the thumb

Great Product
I bought this because I injured my wrist while boxing. I wanted something that would actually support my wrist while still allowing me to use it for small tasks. The brace allows for limited movement side to side and forward and back. There are three velcro straps (very durable) which makes it custom fit your hand and wrist. I bought a medium because my hand was just big enough to not fit in a small. The straps slacked over the side a fair amount, but you could cut it off if you care. Highly recommend. Only negative is that it's kinda bulky, so you have to wear it over long sleeves, but it's worth it if you want it to heal.

Splint
I really liked how it protected my wrist and kept my thumb stable but I bought a size to big. I bought mediums in other brands and they fit so I went with medium in your brand also but it’s to big. The straps just barely touch the Velcro when I pull them around the splint.

Straps too Long but works
I returned this brace, but it is a great design, no stitching to rub your thumb to blister. It allows a bit to much hand movement again not bad, the straps are way to long, I would have had to cut the excess off and didn't think I should have to do that update decided not to return. it is very large for a medium but I am wearing it at night and has done wonders for my sleep

Due to arthritis I often sprain my hand, fingers or thumbs. If you use for 6 weeks, faithfully, you can repair properly!
