She doesn't love it as much as I had hoped she would. I think it might be on the big side for her. It has \"button\" (plastic) eyes attached so it needs supervision with very young children. The nose is embroidered on, and the mouth appears to be a tiny piece of felt stitched into the seam. The color of the dark brown fur is a little darker than i expected from the picture, and the yellow blanket is slightly lighter. The PJs are made out of a standard cotton or cotton/polyester blend and are white with then blue vertical stripes. The PJs are closed with two blue felt circles (buttons) which are stitched through the two layers of fabric. They are attached to the stuffed animal in two places. There is a stitch that goes through the hand, the yellow blanket, the PJ top, and the PJ bottom and into the stuffed animal. There is another stitch at the center back waste band of the pants. The PJs could be easily removed by cutting these two stitches. George sits nicely on a table, chair, shelf, etc. Overall this seems like a nice quality toy. The fur is nice and soft.
