These are a cold season must have, and all around great supplement to have. Flavor is good, and easy to drink.

Making sure your zinc and b12 levels are important for your immune health. This does a great job as acting as a immune booster and vitamin suppliment. I used to get sick all the time when I was younger but since ive been actively trying to work on myy immunse system, with the help of this and some other products, but this is a huge part of my routine, I havent had a cold for years. Highly reccomennd if you want to start building up your immune system.

I prefer the raspberry flavor over the orange flavor, but either one works very well.

We have been using Emergen-C since last year and we have really seen a difference in the duration of the common cold and sinus trouble.Recently my grandmother came down with a nasty case of the flu. Knowing that Raspberry is my grandmother's favourite flavor I bought her some of the Emergen-C Immune Plus . She was able to notice a difference after a couple of days with this drink.At 90 flu can be very serious so, we were all very glad that this helped her. We did check with her Doctor and Pharmacist to make sure this could be taken with her medications. A few of us took it to prevent catching her flu that successful also.Both of us would highly recommend to others.
