Some herbs are in powder form. Can I still add them to this?

The slits in the glass infuser are very thin, so powder clogs them somewhat. I do it anyway but it takes longer to infuse the herbs into the liquid, and it's harder to clean the little slits. I have a tiny brush I use.

Can I buy a replacement infuser basket?

Ours broke after second use. Cheap thin glass. Do not buy!

Is it the Infuser also made of borosilicate?

Yes, I believe it is. Also…this cup/infuser set is pretty great.
