Is there a list of ingredients on the package? Can someone list them for me here please?

The saline ingredients include sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate unlike the run of the mill salt packets that contain just sodium chloride and maybe some sodium bicarbonate (baking soda).  These ingredients are commonly referred to as a Ringers type saline which is widely used and recommended over regular saline.  The solubility will be a bit cloudy but that's normal.  Its more expensive but works really well - very gentle.

Sinuair isn´t sold in Argentina. Anyone know the formula to do it in a pharmacy?

I mix my own for use with my Navage. This is the recipe the doctor who did my sinus surgery gave me. Mix one quart of DISTILLED (only - very important!) water with three (3) teaspoons of pickling salt and one (1) teaspoon of baking soda. You can add more pickling salt as you can tolerate it. DO NOT use table salt. It has iodine in it and I can vouch for the intense pain you WILL feel if you use it in this mix. Discard any of the final solution that you do not use within a week of mixing it. It's best to store in a one-quart glass jar so none of a plastic container used to store the mixture leeches into it. Use only distilled water to ensure no impurities from your tap water (bottled, spring, etc.) are introduced into your sinus cavity. If you introduce a flesh-eating amoeba into your sinus cavity via tap water or any other impurity, it is very likely to start with your brain.

Thank you for your question one packet can be used for either 16 oz for an isotonic saline solution or for a larger 24 oz (full SinuPulse reservoir) for longer irrigation with less refills which will be slightly hypotonic.
