Excellent quality and a dream to use. I replaced the serrated blade and am very happy with this. It is super sharp and can slice salami and ham paper thin. It is easy to remove and replace. I always take off and spray with soap and water and clean with a dish brush by holding with a towel. so basically wash it, rinse with hot water and return back to machine so it never gets left in sink, ect.My only concern is how to sharpen it when it comes time, but for the cost I am sure a replacement is not a lot more than getting it sharpened maybe ? Very please with this and much cheaper on Amazon then through where I bough the meat slicer.

Fit my Chef's Choice 610 perfectly. Cuts very well. I needed an alternative to the serrated blade that came with the slicer. I cut a block of cheddar cheese (you'll want to freeze for 15-20 minutes). Not always a completely even cut, but much better than by hand. I will try 30 minutes in the freezer next time.
